| Ok...well, here's what happened. Please let me know what you think. This engine for which I got a 370cc stage 3 tune for actually had 555cc injectors. It was a TT thrown into a 2+2 NA. Cylinder 4 went out so I replaced it with a 370cc injector thinking since they were purple tops they were 370cc. I didn't know Nismo made purple top 555cc. After installing the chip the vehicle immediately smoked, had a CEL and the aux fan was on. I put the old eprom back on and everything was ok again. I then reinstalled the tuned eprom and everything was also ok again, no smoke or anything. So after driving it the customer states smoke was pouring out the back. I checked to see if it was fuel that was causing the smoke. It was, except it was fuel burning in the catalytic converter and exhaust. It turns out that cylinder 4 now has zero compression. Is it possible the O2's leaned out that bank enough and detonated the 370cc injector? I assume the tunes are overly rich, especially at higher rpm? So key points and long story short: *Vehicle smoked right after installing new 370cc chip. After installing it again it stopped *cylinder 4 has zero compression (370cc injector) *vehicle had one 370cc injector and five 555's
